- Why should I place a pre-order?
Pre-orders is a great way to help fund the pins and other products.
- How long do pre-orders usually take?
Approximately 5-8 weeks, give or take depending on the manufacturer. Once the pins have arrived to me, it will also take an additional week for me to grade all of the pins and package everything before sending it out to you. If there is any error with the pins from my Manu, pre-orders might take even longer than estimated time period. You can also check my instagram stores for updates. IG @honeycee.shop

- Can I cancel my pre-orders?
Unfortunately no, because all of the funds will go straight to the Manu once the slots are filled, therefore, cancelling any pre-orders will results in difficulties on my end. Once again, please be aware of this and be patient if you do choose to pre-order from my shop!
The ONLY time I would offer a pre-order refund is if the product that comes from my Manu to me has a bad amount of batches that I cannot fulfill all the pre-orders! or, that I do not receive enough funds for the pre-order pins.
- Do you ship worldwide and does my order come with tracking?
yes, and yes! all orders will come with tracking, when you pay for shipping fees, you are also paying for the tracking as well.
- what are the difference between the grades for pins?
Grade A : Standard grades are the best of the batch. they will have very minimal flaws and are only obvious if you view them under certain lighting or look very closely. These flaws can be a tiny speck or two of dust, or tiny barely noticeable scratches. Please note that there is no such thing as a pin without any flaws. it's because enamel pins are filled manually by people, and there are bound to be little mistakes here and there! Pre-orders will majority have grade A pins.
Grade B : they have very minimal flaws as well, these includes light scratches, small specks or dust or tiny dents, but they occur a little more than the standard grade. Grade B pins are still, however, a very good batch of pins, comparable to the standard ones.
Grade C: (not available for most pre-order) Pins contain more obvious flaws, such as some discolorations, bubbles, and/or missing enamel or uneven enamel fills. these pins are still great choice for those who want to display them on bags or backpacks.
Seconds: (not available for pre-orders) are the batch that have very obvious 2-3 flaws, such as denting, excessive under-fill, big scratches, etc. these will be heavily discounted on my shop. this batch will most likely be available when I have sales or in mystery bags later on.
- I've made a mistake with my shipping address, can I fix it?
yes! please email me as soon as possible with the correct address along with your number order.

As you may or my not know, starting July 1, 2021, customs requirements are changing for orders delivered to the EU/UK. All physical goods, valued at $150 or under, being sent to a customer in an EU country will incur the import VAT charged by that country.
